JUSTO DOMÉ Y ASOCIADOS S.R.L. - ENGINEERING CONSULTANT, as provider of the "Civil Engineering Consultancy; Development Services and Management of Road Projects, Structures and Sanitation; Soil, Concrete and Asphalt Testing; Topography and Surveying; Work Inspections; Non-destructive Testing in Concrete "Environmental Consulting and Advice. Design and Development of Civil Engineering Projects", states that it ensures quality in the management of the services it provides.

To do this, it undertakes to:

1. Consider quality in service management, as a normal work style, implementing a Management System that ensures compliance with this Policy, establishing responsibilities and setting objectives.

2. Comprehensively manage the technologies and equipment under its responsibility through the management system, in such a way that it allows to comply in a timely manner with the delivery of the products, protecting the materials and data that have been entrusted to its processes, from according to procedures and making rational use of available resources.

3. Comply with the applicable Legislation and Regulations, as well as with other requirements to which the Company adheres.

4. Evaluate Suppliers according to established criteria.

5. Ensure the qualification and training of personnel, in order to reach their adequate level of competencies to fulfill their functions; promoting their participation to improve processes.

6. Evaluate and preserve the installed technology and the assigned equipment, according to the established criteria.

7. Carry out the follow-up, measurement and analysis of the different parameters of the processes, to determine their performance level.

8. Control the evolution of the Management System, maintaining a fluid internal and external communication that allows detecting potential problems, undertaking improvement opportunities and solving deviations, analyzing concerns, contemplating and anticipating needs in order to improve the provision of services.

9. Management undertakes to allocate the resources to implement this Policy and meet the objectives established within the framework of continuous improvement of the efficiency and performance of the system. Evaluate compliance with it through management indicators, review it if necessary and keep it available for dissemination.

The Quality Management System Policy is disseminated to our own personnel and, if necessary, to other Interested Parties such as: Clients and suppliers and; Its faithful fulfillment is an obligation of all levels of the Company, whatever their function or position.
